KOKOMO ANIMAL SERVICES - Howard County: Animal control officer charged after being fired The Kokomo exterminating company expert may have been fired as animal control officer by the county board of critter legislators Tuesday morning as officials declared a criminal investigation began nearly two weeks ago regarding animal control wildlife containment unit funds.
