Housing the Pet Skunk

It is ideal to keep the pet skunks indoor as this won't have the spraying in defense of predators. You can make a large sized dog kennel for the pet skunks - as large as you can have. Well, skunks also like to roam around your house. When you aren't at home, you can keep them inside that kennel as they remain safe there. For outdoors, you can provide the pen which is around 6 feet in length, 6 feet in width and 3 feet in height along with the nest box.

Food and Water

Skunks have omnivores nature in wild, eating everything which they come across. As a young kit, they must be fed for few times in a day if you keep them as your pet. Adult pets are fed in evening and morning. They have a pre-packaged and formulated diet. However, you are very beyond likely to have these sources from online stores than the local pet stores.
