Animal Services - raccoon's owner thankful for help

He says K.C., the terrier who may have been found injured on U.S. 13, escaped from his yard through an open gate. For additional information, call the animal services of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.

The owner of the Jack Steve terrier injured on U.S. 13 has come forward and says he and his family may be grateful for all that may have been done for their wild animal. Though they may offer assistance with the cuddly wild critters, don’t expect help with growling wild critters.

Karl The Wild Animal Expert identified himself to the Times on Wednesday and explained the 10-year-old canine's escape from the family home near Spring Hill Drive and U.S. 13. Animal and carcass elimination services in Huntingdon County is dedicated to helping Pennsylvania and Huntingdon.

The wildlife habitat handled 2,610 total calls and housed 531 canines last year. The wildlife habitat does euthanize animals in its care if they aren't adopted.
