Montgomery Wildlife Tip:
Animal odor removal product - Enzymatic cleansers are the most effective cleaners when it comes to animal odor removal. The products on the market are limited, and often you need to visit a commercial cleaning company to find enough of a quantity to do the job. If you're in a bind and you need an immediate fix, sprinkling baking powder on the site and letting it sit while you look for a professional-grade wash is a reasonable option. Baking powder won't hurt the people or animals in the home, and it has an impressive odor absorbing power. It is not practical for application over a large area, and if you're looking to treat a space outside-like under the deck-you're better off just waiting until you can pick up the concentrated cleaner you need. If you're at a loss as to where you can purchase a cleaner for animal odors, call one of your local wildlife removal companies. Some of these organizations even offer a special cleaning service for homes that have been overrun by pests.

Montgomery County, AL Woman Injured In Pit Bull Attack
A 24-year-old woman suffered severe facial injuries when her pit bull attacked her in her home, police said.
The 4-year-old dog ripped off a 1-1/2 inch square chunk of flesh around the woman's lip and cheek Tuesday night, said officer Larry Meinheim, a Long Beach police spokesman. "Our officers were able to find that piece in the room and successfully retrieve it," Meinheim said.
The woman was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, he said. Meinheim said he did not know the woman's identity or whether doctors were able to reattach the flesh to her face. Police responding to the call in the northern part of the city had to stun the pit bull with a Taser after animal control officers were unable to corral it with a rope, Meinheim said.
Animal control officials will quarantine the dog and investigate whether it has a history of violence before deciding its fate, he said, adding that he did not know the animal's sex or name. Please contain your animals, you people of Montgomery, Alabama.
