Missouri is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Clinton wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. Some Clinton animals frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.
DOG or CAT: If you need assistance with a domestic animal, such as a dog or a cat, you need to call your local
Henry County Animal Control
for assistance. They can help you out with issues such as stray dogs, stray cats, vaccinations, licenses,
pet adoption, lost pets, and more. If you have a wildlife problem, you can try calling the Henry County animal control, and see what they have to
say, but they will certainly not help you with a complex wildlife problem such as critters in your attic. They are a free government agency that
helps with dog and cat issues only.

Clinton Wildlife Tip:
How To Keep Raccoons Out From Under A Shed Or Porch
Raccoons generally prefer to stay under shed or porch and if you notice the raccoons in the month of January to September, then you can be sure that this is the raccoon mother staying with her babies. So, eradicating them should be done in a very humane ways that do not leave the babies orphan. This animal normally loves to live under porch or shed only because this place is dark, quiet and safe. So, if this place is made brighter somehow, the raccoons will leave the place. Here are some of the useful ways to get them out from under the shed or porch.
Raccoons do not like bright light, so install a bright light either inside or outside of the burrow entrance and the raccoons will definitely find it uncomfortable to pass through there and gradually they will leave the place. But ensure the light is fire safe so that the raccoon mother and babies are not harmed at all.
Another thing you can use to eradicate the raccoons from the shed or porch is to place a radio over there and set a talk station. This animal is afraid of human and the continuous sound from radio will make them feel that it is the voice of human which is dangerous for them. So, they will leave the place.
Smell repellents can also be used to deter the raccoons effectively. What you need to do is soak a piece of cloth in ammonia or apple cider vinegar and then place it near the hole entrance. Raccoons can't tolerate the smell of these, so they will try avoiding staying in that area. Also, kitty litter packed in a bag can be used to deter the animal effectively. Even though, these repellents are not of much help but if you can use them along with other mentioned process, it will really help you out.
Now, once you have used all these mentioned process and it seems like they are gone, just stuff paper in the den entrance and wait for 3 days, 3 nights to check if the paper are still there. In case the paper stays in the same condition that indicates the raccoons have left the place for sure. Now, patch the den entrance with a wire mesh and then arrange for a more permanent repair.
Many can go for the live trapping method to get rid of the raccoons permanently but according to me, this is not the humane way as it will separate the mother from their babies leaving the babies orphan. So, try using the above mentioned method and you will definitely get rid of the raccoons from your property.
