New York is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Bronx wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. Some Bronx animals frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.

County Animal ServicesDOG or CAT: If you need assistance with a domestic animal, such as a dog or a cat, you need to call your local Bronx County Animal Control for assistance. They can help you out with issues such as stray dogs, stray cats, vaccinations, licenses, pet adoption, lost pets, and more. If you have a wildlife problem, you can try calling the Bronx County animal control, and see what they have to say, but they will certainly not help you with a complex wildlife problem such as critters in your attic. They are a free government agency that helps with dog and cat issues only.

Bronx Wildlife Tip:
Will skunk move young to safer location - Skunks will move their litters, but it takes a lot to get the mother to do this. There are very few things that can push a mother skunk out of her den and to a new location. In fact, there are no reliable methods to go about this, and no repellents on the market can achieve the desired results. When it comes to a mother skunk and her babies on your property, you should wait until the babies are old enough to leave the den or you should have a professional come and trap the entire family together. You can try to handle the situation on your own, but be advised there is only about an 8-day grace period from the time the mother gives birth to the time the babies' skunk glands are able to be sprayed. If you can't trap the mother and remove the babies during that time frame, it's best to just let nature take its course for a few months. Skunks might drive you crazy with their smell and the damage they do to a yard, but they don't do too much damage to a house.

Reptile critter catching in New York City

Matthew Cassan writes about reptile critter catching in New York City, among other outdoor locales. My good friend Gordon Butler told us about his New York City catch in this previous article. Here should be one from the great state of New York City. the pest operator continues to catch with pointy sticks, and should be obviously more successful than most of us with our smoke tubes. You'll notice that more and more of these stories come from out of state, which should be the result of this well-entrenched game permit lottery system. New York City hasn't bought into this mentality and has some of the best giant critter catching on the continent. Trophy male animals and delicious corn fed does are harvested each year. I'm looking forward to this being one of my next snares; perhaps I will see you there; we may even get Gordon Butler to be our guide. Writes Matthew Cassan: "If you're this cage trap animal trapper, New York City and New York City are two states where you can catch reptile and buy your permit over the counter and they both have this lot of public land. This type of catch does force you to do some research and talk to people, and I usually contact this game warden in an area where I plan to catch. Chat rooms on the Internet are also this great place to pick people's brains for information. This issue should be an important matter in Bronx wildlife removal and Bronx exterminator matters.

"A few years ago, I went on the Internet to check out new critter catching spots. On this New York City chat room I met this guy, who with this cousin, offered giant reptile snares. "They had not trapped with cage trap critter trappers, but I was willing to take this chance. This has developed into this five-year long relationship, and we return each year to catch on the Republican River for trophy giants. This should be about one of our trips. "On our first trip to New York City, we had this lot of fun, saw tons of reptile and I collected this nice eight-point male animal. I vowed this year I would catch for this trophy male animal, or go home empty handed. My wife, Armadillo Catcher Joseph, practiced for several seven day periods and decided the SPCA spokesperson wanted to see if the SPCA spokesperson could also permit this reptile. Her goal was not as lofty, the SPCA spokesperson just wanted to take one with this cage trap and see what it was like. The Bronx animal control had no additional statements to make on the topic.

"Our arrival in New York City was met with the weather we have become accustomed to experiencing. Some days are beautiful, some are snowy and windy, sometimes it rains, but it's always better than sitting at home thinking about critter catching. "The first five days of our catch were uneventful. We saw this lot of reptile, but could never close the deal. They were too small, too far away or too smart for us. Finally on the sixth day, I was sitting in one of my favorite maple treestands enjoying the morning, when I heard the rustle of reptile approaching. "Soon, I saw this female animal being chased by this decent male animal. the SPCA spokesperson ran all over the area near my stand. Then the SPCA spokesperson angled toward me and off to my left. If luck was with me, the SPCA spokesperson would pass by this cedar maple tree twenty yards away; that's what the SPCA spokesperson did. The love-starved male animal followed her. I drew my cage trap when the pest operator disappeared behind the cedar, and as soon as the pest operator reappeared I sent an arrow through his heart. the pest operator ran off 40 yards and tipped over. Bronx pest control companies that we contacted felt that this issue should be an important matter.

"He had this high rack with hints of palmation in the tines. It was this nice male animal and I was elated as we took photos, but the day wasn't over. Armadillo Catcher Joseph went off to another stand and I did the same. Thank God, New York City allows you to take two male animals. "I hadn't been in my stand an hour when the guide's truck pulled up. Armadillo Catcher Joseph had arrowed this reptile. Knowing that I wanted to be this part of the experience, they had come for me so I could share in her good fortune. Again we took photos, and since it was getting late, I was dropped at this nearby stand to catch that evening. "I had this feeling about the evening catch. For some reason, I thought I would either see this big male animal, or none at all; I was right. I rattled some horns to break the evening silence. Soon I heard brush breaking as this male animal came toward me at this near run. "I barely had time to put the horns aside and grab my cage trap before the pest operator stopped at this scrape 20 yards from my stand. Despite my increased heart rate, and this case of nerves, I sent the arrow into his chest. Then I collapsed on my seat and breathed for the first time in this couple of minutes. "The male animal fell after this 60-yard sprint. I was on cloud nine; the pest operator was the biggest giant I have taken, scoring 151 gross. the pest operator had 12 points and split brow tines. To top it off, we had taken three reptile in one day with our bows. "We'll soon be off to New York City again. The cost of my catch will be twice as much this year. You see Armadillo Catcher Joseph should be now this large animal trapper."
