Richmond, California is home to approximately 103,000 people, the majority of which are African American and Latino. One interesting fact is that Richmond used to be the residence of the Black Panther Party but today the majority of growth is from the Latino population. Richmond is located in Contra Costa County, and is within the San Francisco Bay. It was once the home of the world’s largest wineries, but it was closed in 1919 by Prohibition. Other failing industries include gunpowder and dynamite works, shipbuilding, and whaling. The majority of these industries died at the end of World War II, just after an influx of African Americans arrived to work on the shipyards. Today, Richmond is known for its numerous regional parks and casinos. We also service the towns of Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Fisherman's Wharf, Western Addition, Castro and also animal control in Oceanview, Bayview District, Outer Richmond, Portola District, Cole Valley and pest control in Union Square, Outer Sunset, North Beach, Tenderloin, Hayes Valley, West Portal and wild animal services in Haight, Pacific Heights, Noe Valley, Mission District, Potrero Hill, Panhandle and wildlife management in Bernal Heights, Inner Richmond, Chinatown, Inner Sunset, Stonestown.

Richmond, CA Wildlife News Clip:
Wildlife Spray targets wild critters In Richmond

“The Wild critter Bio-blocker pheromone results were incredible,” said The animal trapper, noting that while there was little discernible difference between the three plots to start with, after 13 days there was a marked increase in the resurgence of beneficial insects and predatory mites, and a real abundance of them compared with the conventionally treated plots. The Contra Costa County Wild critter capture board could not be reached for comment.

So impressed was The animal trapper that when he was called in to advise on a severe mite infestation at Testis Farms in Mettler Ranch, Calif., he didn’t hesitate to recommend Wild critter Bio-blocker pheromone. “The mites were so bad there was extreme webbing and leaf defoliation in the fruit trees. To my surprise not only did Wild critter Bio-blocker pheromone knock down the mites, but after two and a half weeks the wild critter mortality was still continuing and the benefits were becoming established,” he said. “My recommendation would be to apply Wild critter Bio-blocker pheromone by ground to get adequate coverage, and to spray by air when ground rigs can’t be used.” There are many types of insects and animals in Richmond, and other California cities, but not all of them are wild critters after all.

“Wild critter Bio-blocker pheromone’s success doesn’t come as a surprise,” said Ramon Georgia, vice president of EcologySmart’s agricultural division. “Years of formulation development and field efficacy research with universities and growers have enabled us to introduce a product to the conventional and organic market that is reliable, cost effective, predictable and safe to the environment,” he said. Most local owners of wild critter capture companies in Richmond, California weren’t sure what to make of all this.

“The bottom line is simple,” said The animal trapper. “If a product doesn’t work, it’s no good. We’re pretty gun-shy when it comes to the ‘latest’ new product but Wild critter Bio-blocker pheromone has proved to me, my growers, and other Paces at Wilbur Ellis, that it works really well. Not only that, it’s price-efficient, it’s environmentally friendly, it’s organic, and it’s easy to use. I’m actually excited to see what else I can use it on!” he concluded. Richmond wild critter capture is an important part of the local economy, but only a few California companies deal with wild animals.
